Group Logistics Co-ordination

The two most important parts of a band’s tour is the chauffeur-driven trip in luxurious surroundings from the airport to either the hotel or first gig and the trip from the last gig back to the airport for the journey home.

Chauf4 has extensive experience in liaising with Tour Managers, Press and PR Executives to make sure that the logistics of the band or musician’s initial and final travel arrangements are taken care of.

World-class musicians are busy people, often flying in to meet each other from all four corners of the globe, and Chauf4 provides the travel arrangements and logistical detail for the initial leg of the tour, i.e. collecting each member from the airport and delivering them to either the hotel or venue.

Once the European leg of the tour is over, Chauf4 will speak directly with the tour’s management and ensure our professional and discrete drivers are in place, ready to get them back to the airport in time for their connecting flights when they arrive into the UK.
